Throughout her distinguished career, Kim has been instrumental to the HR efforts of diverse organizations ranging from small startups to Fortune 100 companies. The former president of the Western New York chapter of the National Human Resources Association (NHRA), she now leads The Martin Group’s human resources, and we’re grateful to have her at the helm. Kim ensures that our vision, strategy, direction, policies, procedures, and compliance all position us for success. Along with her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification, Kim is certified in DiSC, FourSight, and The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team. When she’s not busy overseeing our high-level people strategy, Kim loves streaming a good show and spending time with her husband and three boys.
