If you’ve spent even five minutes driving down Buffalo’s Main Street recently, you’d notice that the talk of Buffalo’s renaissance isn’t just wishful thinking. It’s real and it’s progressing every day before us. The city’s tallest building is living proof that Buffalo’s boom is among us.

For starters, M&T Bank along with Washington-based developer Douglas Development just completed a $58 million, 333,000 square-foot space designed to be a tech-hub for creators and makers in the Buffalo area. It will also create more than 1,000 jobs for those looking to relocate to Buffalo and work to develop the financial tech industry within the city.
