Melissa Lord Recognized as Distinguished Volunteer by Mental Health Association of Rochester/Monroe County

TMG’s Account Director, Melissa Lord, was recognized as the 2016 Distinguished Volunteer by the Mental Health Association of Rochester/Monroe County.

Lord serves as a board member for the Mental Health Association. The Distinguished Volunteer Award is presented by the MHA Board of Directors to a volunteer in recognition of their outstanding commitment and support to the work and goals of the MHA.

Lord has been an active board member for the Mental Health Association since 2012. She played an invaluable role in bringing the MHA’s BeWell event to life in 2015 and was essential to making the MHA’s updated website an engaging and accessible resource for the Rochester/Monroe County community.

Lord was one of four individuals to receive special awards for their work in the mental health community at the MHA’s annual President’s Reception and Community Awards Celebration, held on May 11, 2016 at the Monroe Golf Club.
