Ready to meet our newest hires? Here they are:
Margaret Niederpruem is a public affairs specialist based in Buffalo, New York. She joins The Martin Group from Buffalo Toronto Public Media, where she learned the ins and outs of studio TV and radio production. In her new role, Margaret will work strategically with clients to increase their media presence and reach their objectives, including writing and distributing press releases, monitoring coverage, and maintaining relationships. When she’s not working, Margaret enjoys spending time outside, whether it’s cycling, skiing, golfing, or sitting on the patio of one of the Nickel City’s newest restaurants.
Megan Fitzpatrick is a senior account manager based in Rochester, NY. She brings experience in both in-house and agency roles, having led marketing and media efforts for institutions such as the University of Rochester, Albany Law School, University of California, Berkeley, and the National University of Health Sciences. In her new role, Megan will work to ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams, oversee strategy, execution, and performance, while identifying growth opportunities. When she’s not working, Megan enjoys taking classes at Orangetheory, racing sailboats on Lake Ontario, and cheering on the Buffalo Bills. (Go Bills.)
Kim Brostko is a senior vice president, Human Resources based in Buffalo. Kim previously served as a consultant for The Martin Group, where she also worked with organizations ranging from startups to Fortune 100 companies. She also served as president of the Western New York chapter of the National Human Resources Association (NHRA), holds a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification and is certified in DiSC, FourSight, and The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team. In her new role, Kim is responsible for leading HR strategy, fostering a strong company culture, and aligning talent with agency goals. When she’s not working, Kim loves streaming a good show and spending time with her husband and three boys.
Grace Carra is a social media coordinator based in Buffalo. She joins The Martin Group after previously interning with the agency. In her new role, Grace helps manage and execute brand social media strategies to increase awareness, engagement, and growth. When she’s not working, Grace loves cooking, discovering new places to eat and get coffee, watching horror movies, and spending time outside with her energetic dog.
Kelly Stabler is a project director based in Buffalo. In her previous role as a project manager and director of client services at a local marketing firm, Kelly helped grow the company’s revenue and implement entrepreneurial operating system (EOS) management practices. In this new position, Kelly oversees the planning, execution, and completion of client work, ensuring alignment with client and agency goals. When she’s not working, Kelly enjoys reading, local music, breweries, the Bills, do-it-yourself projects, and spending time with her friends, family, and pets.
Hannah Vattikonda is a senior public affairs manager based in Albany, NY. Hannah comes to The Martin Group after a variety of roles in the industry while working for the Life Insurance Council of New York (LICONY), the Senate majority and for the New York State Assembly. In her new position, Hannah oversees government relations, external communications, and stakeholder engagement to shape an organization’s public presence. When she’s not working, Hannah enjoys reading, watching Broadway musicals, exercising, and taking tap-dancing lessons.
Julia Telford is a public relations manager based in Buffalo. She comes to the team after working as an Account Executive at Stanton Communications in Washington, D.C. At The Martin Group, Julia will be responsible for helping her clients shape and maintain their brand by developing communications strategies and managing media relations. When she’s not working, Julia enjoys spending time in the sun, trying new yoga and workout classes, and cooking.
Karli Garcia is a senior art director based in Buffalo. She previously worked as an art director at Crowley Webb and an art lead at 2communiqué in Albany. In her new role, Karli works to develop creative visions for campaigns and brands while overseeing project execution and creative direction. When she’s not working, Karli enjoys trying out new coffee shops, thrifting, and taking on DIY home projects.
Casey Frantz is a senior public relations manager based in Buffalo. Casey comes to The Martin Group after almost a decade in New York City, where she held communications roles at Coach, Theory, and Schutz. In her new role, Casey is responsible for developing strategic communication plans to enhance a company’s presence. When she is not working, she is spending her time at her family lake house on Chautauqua Lake, skiing, fishing, and making memories.
Alexa Tusiani is a public relations coordinator based in Boston, Massachusetts. She is currently a senior at Boston University and previously interned with The Martin Group and Edelman. In her new role, Alexa supports the public relations team in delivering PR services and developing creative ideas for clients. When she’s not working, she enjoys dancing as a member of the Boston University Dance Team, watching Saturday Night Live, and playing Rummikub.
