Job numbers. Multiple calendars. Production timetables. Status checks and copy decks and layout revisions, oh my.

Are we speaking your language? If so, please read on…we’re hiring a couple new Groupies for our traffic department.

First off, we’re looking for a seasoned traffic manager to keep our projects moving, our Groupies sane, and our clients thrilled with our creative work. You’ll be responsible for planning and routing lots of jobs simultaneously among our departments, taking care of scheduling (with an eye to deadline and quality alike), and managing workflow throughout the agency.

We also need a junior-level traffic coordinator to keep us humming along like a well-oiled marketing machine. Reporting to the traffic manager, you’ll share a lot of the responsibilities described above to help make sure great work lands in our clients’ hands, right on time.

Here’s what else we’d expect from you:

• A positive attitude in the face of lots of deadlines
• An obsession with planning
• Organizational and time management skills fit for a master multitasker
• A friendly, get-along-with-everyone demeanor
• At least 5-6 years of experience (for the traffic manager gig) or 1-3 years of experience (for the coordinator role)
• Ad agency experience a plus, but not required. Background at a high-volume web or print shop could work too.
