We’re honored to look back upon TMG’s long relationship with First Niagara Bank in launching their social media. Since March 2013, TMG provided weekly social media posts for First Niagara’s Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn and Google+ channels surrounding the bank’s current events and market specific activities. Along with monitoring their social traffic, we submitted monthly reporting and analytics for each social media channel to communicate success rates, increase in followers, engagement rates and to address issues. We also provided strategic guidance on platform utilization and social trends. Specific efforts included graphic support for their financial literacy programs, like #MoneyMentor, and multiple social campaigns including Rock the Pavilion and Connecticut Open. We look forward to partnering with First Niagara on other efforts in the future.
