Project Coordinator

Full-Time Position (Buffalo, Rochester, Albany or New York office)

As a Project Coordinator in the Creative Operations Department, you will drive momentum for all day-to-day deliverables. You’ll work closely with the internal departments and the Creative Operations Teams to ensure that project goals are accomplished on time, are on budget and meet or exceed client expectations.

What does a Project Coordinator do at The Martin Group? 

  • Works with internal departments and the Creative Operations Team to manage the execution of day-to-day tactical operations for integrated client campaigns and projects 
  • Manages, organizes, and communicates client requests and deadlines on various campaigns and projects 
  • Works cross-departmentally to develop and maintain project plans and manage client feedback ensuring deliverables are completed on time and on budget 
  • Utilizes the Agency’s workflow and process connecting internal and external resources to execute client deliverables 
  • Communicates regularly with internal key contacts, vendor contacts and client contacts as needed 
  • Works with internal departments to develop project workback schedules, manage client feedback, and ensure deliverables are complete and accurate 
  • Creates meeting agendas, conference reports, and updated status reports

  • Ability to organize multiple projects at once 
  • Communicates effectively in person, virtually, via email, and via the telephone with both the client and the agency’s team on specific projects 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite 

Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s degree or one (1) year of project management experience 
  • Experience in the food and beverage industry a plus 

Salary Range: $45,000-55,000
