With a long history in the Buffalo community, Buffalo Medical Group (BMG) was well-known and respected by patients, but less known to younger audiences and new patients.
To introduce BMG to new audiences and keep them top of mind with existing patients, we created a brand that got to the heart of what BMG is all about—Treating people well. Complete with the new tagline and a fresh logo that pays homage to the group’s past and four founders, we rolled out the new brand through a custom website and a series of sponsorship videos, promotional items and social media posts, positioning BMG as the leading medical group for care that’s compassionate, comprehensive and accessible. The Martin Group helped BMG earn 2.8 million organic impressions in the first 10 months after launching their accounts on Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram and Twitter in May, 2016.
