Creative Supervisor/Art Director

Full-Time Position (Buffalo or Rochester office)

The Martin Group, a premier integrated communications firm is looking to hire an Creative Supervisor/Art Director to join our team.

We are looking for someone to bring ideas to life for a great mix of clients and a variety of projects. From concepting and executing campaigns of all mediums—and presenting finished campaigns and concepts to clients—to managing smaller groups of creative teams. If you like working on a variety of clients and a variety of work, The Martin Group is a great fit.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have 5+ years of Art Direction experience in marketing/advertising and branding
  • Conceive, develop and produce advertising campaigns and branding that deliver results
  • Develop unique, new and effective concepts
  • Work closely with art director and copywriting partners
  • Confidently present work to clients
  • Be able to work with teams, and lead them with a little mentoring
  • Be willing to work hard because you enjoy what you do

Salary Range: $60,000-80,000
