The Martin Group – a premier integrated communications firm is looking to hire a Digital Media Manager.
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Digital Media Manager to plan, execute, and oversee comprehensive digital marketing campaigns for select clients. The ideal candidate will be adept in managing project details including strategy, budget, timeline, and deliverables, with a strong background in various advertising platforms and analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
- SEM Campaign Management: Develop and implement campaign strategies across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads (Bing). Manage all aspects from keyword research to ad development, campaign management, and optimization.
- Social Media Advertising: Create, implement, and optimize performance-focused social media campaigns using platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other social networks.
- Programmatic Advertising: Oversee programmatic display and native advertising efforts. Utilize audience development techniques, including first-party data, custom audience segments, contextual targeting, and retargeting, to maximize campaign performance.
- Conversion Tracking & Analytics: Implement conversion tracking and performance measurement across all advertising platforms. Provide in-depth analysis of campaign data and trends to inform strategic decisions.
- Communication: Foster strong interdepartmental relationships to ensure ongoing communication and cohesive strategy. Act as a point of contact for clients, providing clear, insightful updates on campaign performance and strategic recommendations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent interdepartmental communication skills and experience working effectively across teams.
- Demonstrated expertise in performance marketing, including SEM campaigns on Google Ads and Microsoft Ads (Bing).
- Proven experience in social media advertising with a focus on performance metrics using Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other platforms.
- Strong understanding of programmatic advertising, including display and native ads.
- Proficiency in audience development and targeting strategies, including first-party data, custom audience segments and retargeting.
- In-depth knowledge of Google Analytics and ability to provide detailed campaign performance analysis.
- Advanced skills in conversion tracking, campaign measurement, and data analysis to drive performance improvements
- Preferred experience with e-commerce platforms, such as Google Shopping and Amazon, including Merchant Center and data feed management.
- Strong client-facing communication skills with a proven ability to present and explain campaign details clearly and professionally.
- Minimum of 2 years of related media management experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications in Google Ads and/or Microsoft Ads.
- Familiarity with additional social media advertising platforms.
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced agency environment.
We offer a competitive base compensation and benefits package including medical, dental and 401K.
Salary Range: $60,000-70,000
