Chip on the new block.

On Thursday, October 16, TMG opened its doors for Urban Land Institute Western New York’s “Reviving and Rebuilding the 500 Block of Main Street.” Showcasing the new projects enlivening our corner of the world, the event offered participants the opportunity to experience firsthand some of the revitalized buildings on our historic block and to meet residents and business owners who have spurred the effort. Of course, TMG was asked to participate due to Tod Martin’s investment in the area with the creative redevelopment of our building. That evening, several local and out-of-town architectural enthusiasts toured 477 Main with our own Greg Meadows, Christine Witt Berardi, Chase Martin and Sharon Linstedt on hand to facilitate hospitality.
