Taking Talent to the Best in the Game
From up-and-coming entrepreneurs to Fortune 500 powerhouses, Imagine Staffing has changed the game on a local, national, and international level when it comes to recruitment and talent acquisition, recruitment process outsourcing, and managed service programs. With a one-of-a-kind opportunity to build a campaign featuring Stefon Diggs, wide receiver for the Buffalo Bills, the IS team turned to ours to gain awareness and action from leadership and decision makers. We recommended a two-phase approach: the first featuring a professional look and feel to specifically speak to target audiences, and a more community-minded second to engage all of Western New York. We created a thematic to extend across both: speaking to the idea that true talent, represented by Diggs himself, may be difficult to find—but that Imagine Staffing is just the agency to find it and help organizations build the best team as a result. The campaign came to life across TV spots featuring Diggs, as well as supporting radio, print, outdoor, and digital advertising. The campaign yielded more than 7 million monthly impressions, an increase in web sessions, higher click through rates, and a greater affinity and awareness of Imagine Staffing throughout the region.
