As part of a widespread employee recruitment campaign, the TMG and Wegmans teams collaborated to develop materials with which to attract new employees to the Wegmans family, including billboards, truck wraps, banners, in-store and outdoor signage, register magnets, door clings and stickers. Wegmans’ core values – empowerment, caring, making a difference, high standards and respect – are prominent in the marketing pieces, which will be used in recruiting for new and existing stores, and employee job fairs.
