Account/Strategy Director – The Martin Group

The Martin Group, a premier integrated communications firm headquartered in Buffalo, NY with an office located in Victor, NY, is looking to add senior-level talent in the areas of new business, strategy and account management.

We are interested in meeting with candidates who are passionate about this industry and driven to get involved both “in the business” and “on the business.” Someone who is confident leading a discussion or presentation with a new business opportunity, taking ownership of and developing relationships with multiple clients, and driving the strategy and account management of those accounts with a team of agency resources.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communications or an equivalent field
  • Have agency experience in a senior-level position and management of a team and/or department
  • Drive new business presentations, lead discussions and draft proposals
  • Onboard new clients with a focus on strategy and development of integrated marketing plans
  • Be able to collaborate with a multi-discipline agency team and potentially lead one
